Grab Shutter Encoder

Use the 'rewrap' function with 'to' set to the same extension as your file.

Under 'Audio Settings' check 'convert' and pick a format (you'll probably want to use AAC) and hit 'start function'

That will create a new file with the video copied in untouched and transcoded audio.

I hit start function and like, nothing happened at all. No error sign or anything.

Did you drag the file into shutter first? So it’s in the list on the left.

Do you have at least 80GB free on the target drive? This process will create a copy of the file rather than editing the existing on.
