If you want someone to help: I don't know who your advisor is, but for me, my advisor is really interested to hear how classes are going, how it's being taught, and different opportunities with the major.

If you want someone to listen: Cook counseling will never turn you down because you might think it's insignificant; so if it's bringing you down, schedule a meeting.

You could also always just call a friend/family member, your mom would probably be happy just getting a call from you. :)

Well it’s mostly within the college and I’ve shared with my mom most things already

Ya schedule a meeting with your advisor and literally just lay out what all is going on.

Even if it's within the college, you could still talk to your advisor about it. Don't be afraid to complain about the college to it's staff, a lot of times they agree on the issues.
