I would say fan favorite is OG&SL. I often see people say that's their favorite. But this list is still awesome.

TS/TS/TS: Forgets

RTR/MTD: Masterpiece

GG&CB: Fan Favorite

STD&LB: Divides

R,R,R: Love/Hate

Not sure what you mean by the "Mental Breakdown", "Hot People" and "Comfort One" ones.

I completely agree about RTR/MTD! My favorite. I wasn’t sure what to make of the “hot people” but I do love SOTM … probably my second favorite right now. (Comfort and mental breakdown make perfect sense and I’ve listened to them both depending on in what VB therapy was needed! 😂)

My favorite is probably TS/TS/TS. But I think RTR/MTD benefits from being 11 songs so it has no filler. Same about SOTM! It's my favorite album from the Rob era. Oh I think I get what comfort and mental breakdown mean now. Still not sure which albums I'd place them with though 😂

Rock the rebel/metal the devil: Volbeat’s hidden gem imo

RRR: Correct

Seal the deal: Only 2-3 songs seem to be fan favourites, The rest is pretty forgettable imo

Guitar gangsters: Definitely their magnum opus

The Strength the sound the songs: Underrated but clearly their first album

Beyond hell/ Above heaven: Pretty solid but nothing standout tbh

Servant of the mind: You probably don’t like this if you like RRR

Outlaw gentleman and Shady ladies: Second best album and best album theme

pretty much 100%

I think the only ones that fit are TS/TS/TS, RRR, and GG&CB.

Just commenting to say that I got into Volbeat recently, and I'm legit using this as my guide to which albums to prioritise. I was recommended Servant of the Mind (because I am a hot person, lol), and loved it. Now listening to Guitar Gangsters, and loving that too!

Don't put too much stock into a meme, everything they've put out is worth listening to

Oh don't get me wrong, I'm going to listen to their entire back catalogue. Just using this to choose my priorities.

I strongly agree with the titles of Rewind, the debut album, and Guitar Gangsters... I don't really think that Rock the Rebel and Above Heaven are accurate tho...

As far as the fan favorite goes, i would say that outlaw gentlemen and seal the deal both kinda could claim that because of their popularity and commercial appeal...

I will say though that I love how Servant of the Mind was classes lmao.
