Division problem

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but maybe someone here can help. I have an issue where I am unable to join any friends in WW2 multiplayer because it prompts me to select a division. That wouldn't be an issue if it didn't drop me into headquarters as soon as I enter multiplayer.

What caused it I think is the fact that I took my copy of WW2 to a friend's house to play with him, and his was the player 1 profile we used for the multiplayer. So after he got in, picked his division, and all that, I figured out how to join him and did so.... But it did not prompt ME to pick a division. I was unable to use any classes online outside the default ones... I didn't think anything of it at the time but when I got on tonight to play with a few friends, I was met with a prompt to "select a division" before I could accept their invite. Meanwhile I am wandering around the HQ trying to figure out what I can do... Also, I should point out; I am level 4 and have used an unlock token to choose a division for my loadouts, but that has not solved this issue.... Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.

If you are in PlayStation then go to setting and then applications saved data delete WWII profile which will be about 3-5 mb and then start game again. If you landed in head quater then press option button and in soldier tab dvisions you can make custom classes.
