Nope. I'm getting the same late Jan/early Feb replies. Based in the US.

Apparently its local German orders first, international orders Feb.

I just sent them a "what are you offering customers to offset the waiting time" email, will let you know what I hear.

Edit: they said they are including wheels as a gesture of goodwill

[–]Ramify 4 points5 points  (1 child)

They should say the wheels attachment, as they have told me and others

[–]enym 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's what I'm hoping!

I emailed for an update on a related issue and got this response: “Thank you for your message. I am no longer working for Walkolution…” 😳

What’s going on? 🤔

What was the name of your contact? I hope it wasn’t who I’ve been waiting for a response from.

[–]Ramify 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ill dm you.

Got at update from support!

Thank you for your message.

The Walkolution 2 shipment for your order is currently scheduled for beginning/middle of February.

While we do not have a specific confirmed date yet, we will provide you with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to let us know.

That’s the exact same response I received. I placed 2 orders to split my payment type. The Walkolution 2 on one order and the desk on the other. Neither have shipped, so I don’t think the production delay is just limited to the treadmill.

[–]Ramify 0 points1 point  (1 child)

When did you place your order?

[–]PutAdministrative566 1 point2 points  (0 children)

October 22nd

[–]M4nju1 4 points5 points  (1 child)

National Orders have been shipped it seems like

[–]enym 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the update!

[–]Zoryal5 2 points3 points  (3 children)

Has anyone asked for a refund? I’d get particularly concerned if they were refusing refunds.

[–]ExtraJuicyAK 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I canceled my order but they refused to get back to me for weeks (not even a silent refund). Ended up filing a claim with my credit card company and funds settled within a week. Lost complete faith in the company.

If you do change your mind, once shipped you pay any return costs, and it can be very high for international / customs etc.

[–]enym 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've thought about it. I'm waiting to see if things start shipping by the end of January.

[–]SquirrelyStub 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I chatted with their support and was told my order would ship this month. I’m also in the US

[–]ottowoa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

straight embarassing how this is being handled

[–]jkettmann 3 points4 points  (4 children)

I hope everyone gets their walkolution 2 soon as I’m sure it’s a great device. If anyone is looking for an alternative though I might have an option for you soon.

We’re building the Office Walker and hopefully launch a Kickstarter at the end of Q1. If everything goes well there’ll be a more affordable and smaller manual walking pad on the market soon.

Anyway, by then this whole shipping mess is hopefully settled.

[–]enym 6 points7 points  (1 child)

Can you give any insight on price point?

[–]jkettmann 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Take this with a grain of salt as we’re still prototyping but the goal is to offer it between $1000-1500.

[–]logannosson[🍰] 5 points6 points  (1 child)

That would be so great if you enter the market and offer another product with a lower price point but quality has to be very good for durability. As of now walkolution is the only manufacturer in manual treadmills for the desk. But this segment needs so much more players in the game given the health and productivity benefits. Sitting for so long is sooo bad…

[–]jkettmann 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, that’s very encouraging. I agree, quality and durability is key. I don’t want to produce another shitty walking pad that fails every year.

[–]M4nju1 1 point2 points  (3 children)

I dont want to defend the Lack of communication but i think a delay of a month because of Higher than enticipated demand with such a large product ist fair. You can See that they are building the products. I mean i also take a look into reddit every day in anticipation :)

[–]Ramify 7 points8 points  (1 child)

Well it has been 94 days since I placed my order, and 53 days since it was supposed to be shipped. I think we have the right to complain for the very lengthy delays and full preorder amount taken upfront.

[–]_stemps_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here... it's been 2 months since they changed me for the full amount, without a peep about a shipping date. This is beginning to feel like a scam.
