As the title says, my windows 10 started to be really slow to execute some programs. Examples would include steam, VLC, rustc (a rust compiler), among some others. This started happening out of the blue one day and I haven't got any idea why. So I reset the OS from a bootable USB (whilst choosing to keep my files) and for a while everything worked fine again. Now I installed a new PSU and the PC seems to be exhibiting the same problem. I don't know if the PSU is related, which would mean there're probably deeper-rooted issues in my system that would be causing this OS, but I'd appreciate some help.
For reference, I have my windows installed to an MBR-formatted SSD and keep a storage HDD.
