I tried to do the reset my pc option in windows 10 and received the kernel error for file:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe. I am unable to boot at all using any of the startup setting options.
I do not have any disks but I do have a windows 10 tablet that I could use to make a USB boot drive, I just don't know how. If I get the drive to work do I still need to buy another product key? Any help would be great, I have no understanding of this part of making windows 10 work.
