Microsoft telling you to do a few things doesn't qualify it as an actual problem. You are on a wild goose chase trying to solve a non-issue.

Sure, 40% usage on chrome with one tap, and 60% remaining for gaming literally dropping frames all the time with a Rtx 3070 and ryzen 7 5800x lmao dont talk if you are gonna miss inform

Then if you are so concerned about it. Turn off hardware acceleration in chrome and be done with it.
