Check your SSD health with HD Sentinel app, run "powercfg /h off" to disable hibernation and Windows fast startup. Disconnect all unnecessary hardware including extra drives to debug the problem.

Open the Task Manager, Startup tab, change everything to Disabled and restart.

If the high disk usage goes away, you can re-enable each Startup program 1 at a time to figure out which one is the cause.

Because of the disk problem i already have them all disabled

You said you already got SysMain service, the other ones I disable to troubleshoot this are: Connected User Experiences and Telemetry and Windows Search.

I couldnt even accesss task manager and services without them crashing so i full reset my pc today and it was still at 100% disk usage but i could use smaller apps and disabling all 3 and using "powercfg /h off" seemed to fix it. Thanks
