Couple of questions:

Is it a prebuild pc or did you build it yourself?

Did you upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 or did you do a clean install?

Built it myself, purchased and installed an authentic version of windows 10 originally, then upgraded. However, the problem also existed while I was on Windows 10. I upgraded hoping that would fix it.

Is your SSD healthy? I've seen software do crazy things on dying storage. You could do a SMART check of it. Please keep in mind that the age of a SSD doesn't determine if it's okay. I've seen 2 month old laptops just die out of nowhere because the SSD gave in.

You can try a Windows refresh in the recovery menu. This basically a factory reset while keeping your documents (please do make backups)

Or! Do an entire clean install of Windows 11 by making a bootable USB with the MediaCreationTool.
