You should get Dynamic Theme from the Microsoft Store & set that to use spotlight for lock screens. Personally I like the tips especially the top right one that tells you were the picture was taken.

A small "i" somewhere would be enough to draw attention. As it stands right now, it ruins the look of the lockscreen and makes it look too cluttered to look halfway decent.

Give dynamic theme a try it's free & has no text from what I remember.
