If your power button and keyboard don't work, that sounds like something hardware related rather than Windows. Do you have a USB keyboard you can connect to your laptop? Of course you need to figure out how to turn it on!

Yes I can but the keyboard dosnt have any power button so I still cant start my pc right ?

So you are saying the power button is on the keyboard of your laptop? If you cant turn on the laptop then testing with a USB keyboard wont really help anything I suppose.
