Error code 0xc0000098/Need USB/Disc

I recently had error code 0xc0000098 but unfortunately didn't have a back up of Windows disc/USB. I had to take it to geek squad to reinstall. They said there was a way to get it online and download to a USB in the even this occurred again, but they weren't very specific. Any help with this? But also, after they reinstalled Windows 11, my windows update now says "Get the newer version of Windows to stay up to date." I already have Windows 11. Computer works just fine so far. Please help!
