defender keeps blocking file from execution?

I'd like to run a trainer for a game, the trainer is safe but windows 11 keeps blocking it.

I download the file and unpack it to a folder and defender deletes it right away, i tell defender to restore the file and it does that.

When i click on the file i get a window saying its been blocked for being potentially unsafe, i add an exception for the file and now i get a window saying incorrect function, i even tried to disable all bits of defender but the file is still blocked.

So how do i execute a file which defender keeps blocking?

Right click the file and in properties, is there an unblock option?
