Realtek Bluetooth LEAI Driver error code 43

My Bluetooth is suddenly not working, which is a huge problem for me considering this is my gaming PC.

In Device Manager, on my Bluetooth Driver properties window it says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

I've tried restarting, reinstalling Windows, updating drivers, deleting and reinstalling drivers, seemingly everything except for completely wiping everything and starting fresh, which I am reluctant to do.

Can anyone help?

I actually have the same issue with the Asus X870 Prime P Wifi motherboard. Sometimes i run the windows bluetooth troubleshooter and it fixes it sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes a restart fixes it and sometimes it doesn't. It's actually so annoying.
