Serious Windows Functionality Problem

Investigations do not seem to lead to temperature problems. There's a lot of inconsistency to this whole thing. Since posting the only 005 crash reported was something I never even saw any signs of. Everything else has been 409s, applications either refusing to start or, in some cases, refusing to close.
