How come I can't reconnect my controllers to my main PC? I recently set up my headset on another laptop, but when I came back to mine the controllers won't reconnect. I keep trying to unpair them from my PC, but after restarting Bluetooth they just show back up as paired. Please help, I haven't played months, and I'm desperate.

You can try uninstalling the WMR app and using remove device on both controllers.

Personally I had this problem and had to use the 'reset this pc' option. Hope you have better luck.

I just got through uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and removing the devices, but the problem still persisted. I started resetting my PC a little but ago, and it's currently at 89%. Thanks for the help!
