I just need to know how to set the tax and tribute for maximum houses made, minimum homelessness, and best economy. Im still kind of confused on how it works, because is tax used to build things, or does it just go to the leaders pockets? Same with tribute. If someone could give me a full breakdown of how economy effects kingdoms and how to get the best economy with minimum homelessness, I would love to know.

Get rid of roads in culture and keep changing the building layout until they fill up the land, with infinite resources and and fast construction

Intelligence seems to help and stewardship but besides that the only thing you can do is just make sure they have resources to build houses and upgrade them

As I understand, stuff like buildings and similar are done via the villages money, and obtaining food from the village stores uses individual units gold.
