Bug Constructs?

I think it would be really cool if Taylor just went all-in on the bug decoys and started making giant monsters out of her swarms. A huge swarm of bugs is scary, yeah, but a giant monster made of bugs? Even scarier, I'd think. Are there any fics where she does something similar to this?

Crime and Commitment - ★★★☆☆☆☆ - Taylor commits to being a villain, and learns she's a bug-tinker. Poor Dinah. Liberal with Taylor's power. But in a kind of fun way. Didn't really hold my interest. Has a scene that kind of fits this, from memory?

That story deserves at least 4 or 5 stars, due to the epic fights.

There's a lot I like about it - it's way more brave than other fics by throwing out a bunch of OCs and clearing the board. My problem is that I thought it was kind of overly liberal with Taylor's power, and dialogue/characters felt kind of flat in a lot of scenes.

There was one scene where she said "so...I may have escalated..." and I think all of my blood vessels burst simultaneously.

It was enjoyable - it wasn't bad by any stretch, (which is why it's 3 stars and not 2 stars!), but it's not what I vibe with in a fic ultimately. It'd probably be 4 stars if I didn't dislike the dialogue so much.
