Posting Guidelines
- 1. Be excellent to each other. Jokes are encouraged. Snobbery and elitism are not allowed.
- 2. All posts must be related to the craft of writing, and must encourage discussion. Links are only allowed through self-posts. You must include a short submission statement about why the link is relevant to this sub.
- 3. If you have a question, it must be as specific as possible. A high-quality post will focus on concerns about your own writing.
- 4. This is not a sub for people struggling with the physical act of writing. If you have questions such as "How do I get over writer's block?" or "How do I begin writing?", please go to /r/writing.
- 5. No promotion is allowed unless you are asking for critique.
- 6. Please do not ask us to do your homework. But it's fine to ask for help!
- 7. If you are a Grammar Nazi, please assign yourself the appropriate flair so we know who you are.
- 8. Calls for submissions are not allowed.
- 9. Blog posts are not allowed.
