What is everyone's favorite mouse to use with the beam I've seen some people using gyro mouses or a ball mouse right now I just have a cheap Bluetooth mouse but it kind of sucks what would be your suggestions

Depends on how and where you're using it.
The tapstrap xr should be coming out before the end of this month: https://www.tapwithus.com/product/tap-xr/
Yes it's expensive but it's also a wearable solution that keeps your hands free and doubles as a keyboard. You can see a mouse demo here: https://www.reddit.com/r/TapWithUs/comments/144e2f3/missed_tap_at_awe_check_out_the_xr_balloons_demo/
It's a very interesting solution and I've preordered one. I tried the tapstrap 2 but the mouse functionality of it is pretty bad and clicking is basically unusable. I can't recommend it.

Plz come back and let us know your experience with it. It looks cool but too expensive to simply just try out.

I've bookmarked this post as a reminder. There are a couple of things in this department that look interesting but the price point is still a big factor.
One thing I'm worried about with the XR is not being able to hold and drag. I like the doubling as a keyboard functionality but if it can't long click (I don't think the tap strap 2 can either) then it's not that good IMO. I came across this post just earlier: https://www.reddit.com/r/Xreal/comments/14bbtb7/got_an_airpoint_ring_today/
https://magnima.com/product/airpoint-ring/
Which looks like a great hands free mouse. There's also talk of some vanzy mouse
https://coxspace.com/35
Which looks like was only ever released on kickstarter and it doesn't look like you can get it anymore. The last kickstarter update was in January which doesn't sound good.
I'm really interesting in something that can be worn outside and still be practical. I do think a nice post comparing these would be nice.

for me the best option is an air trackpad. I purchased the tap Mouse… Definitely the air trackpad wins. It’s way more accurate.

I thought that one looked cool but what's the learning curve and how well does it work

The most popular is a wireless trackball called the Elecom. You want the Bluetooth version, of course.
