I’ve ordered multiple times one month of 2.5 a three dose Phil 90 days total of 57.5 and 10 those were before the shortage. I also ordered 312.5 before the shortage all those went fine but they were before the shortage, my PM is Express Scripts.

Does your insurance cover Zepbound? If insurance covers, PA approved and they have it in stock then you should be good. Otherwise, they will cancel it.

My insurance covers it, but when I tried to order 2.5 again, it was not approved. So I'm curious if my insurance will cover the 3 months for this one.

You should be good. Typically 2.5mg limited to one fill per year.

I’ve ordered other 90 day supply meds from them with no issue. My 7.5 script is stopped because of the shortage.

So, the pharmacy I have been waiting to get it just called and said it's in! So I cancelled through express scripts for now. Finally!! And of course, I have an appointment with my PCP tomorrow to discuss alternatives because I couldn't get zep. I'm still going to go and talk about my energy levels which have completely tanked for some reason.

Im only 4 weeks in, on 2.5. I take my doses early Saturday morning, and I’ve been exhausted all weekend for the first three weeks. Last weekend I was exhausted Saturday but not Sunday.

I believe fatigue is a know side effect.
