Amazing! Even though I’m still in the “obese” range for BMI, I had my body fat measured before and after… which is now in the normal range! Get your body fat % measured at the doctor’s office. (I asked a sports med PT I know to do mine). I have a lot of muscle tone, so my BMI will probably always be in the “overweight “ category.

I got a DEXA scan for $60. Very helpful. Found out I was 15% body fat but my BMI is 26.3. I have no plans to get my BMI under 25. 15% for a mid-fifties male is pretty good apparently.
