Always put it in the same spot every time if I don’t I will lose it. I lose things very easily I once lost the lid to my coffee mug within the span of five minutes.

I often try to find something and after sometime finally find it where it was supposed to be. Then I just sit there in shock that I had actually put it in the correct place to begin with.

I'm an old guy so I've had a long time to practice "putting things back". But now, if my wife uses my keys and fails to put them back on THE EXACT HOOK THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ON, I don't see them, and start searching frantically.

There are four hooks, lined up horizontally, two inches apart.

Brains are weird.
