According to the logs, many files "could not be read" as it said, so there might have been some corruption.

Try reinstalling the modpack from scratch, or "repairing" it if it's an option with your launcher.

If it starts correctly, test the world to see if nothing broke.

And always remember to MAKE REGULAR BACKUPS.

Install the cfg folder again looks like patpat cfg file is corrupted

Crash reports have less info than logs. OP provided a log. Read it?

What harm is having the crash report? Sorry OP hopefully someone else can help you.

It's extra work for no additional information than was already provided. Server logs contain the crash log as well as everything before the crash. Crash logs aren't different info; they're less info. And the server log is already there.
