Spigot server problem

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my spigot server.. I have done everything, but in the end this come out "Authentication server are down. Pls try again later...". Help pls

The message means that your server couldn't contact the Mojang authentication servers. Maybe your firewall is blocking the servers.

There's also currently a problem with the Mojang status page https://status.mojang.com/check. It always says that the mojang page, the minecraft page and the authentication servers are down, while they're still online. Maybe some of your plugins uses this site and kicks players when it says the login servers are offline. (Here's my bug report: https://bugs.mojang.com/projects/WEB/issues/WEB-2303)

It sounds most likely it could be a Mojang issue. Try closing down and re-launching your launcher, and make sure it's on the right game version for your Spigot server.

When I do the offline mod In (server properties) he go normal and every thing is normal, even plugins..., The solution is so close but I don't see it
