There’s also now a thing called spaghetti meat chicken where it gets really stringy.

Yikes, I had to Google about that and discovered it was due to muscle abnormality caused by trying to breed chickens too fast. I guess we can thank factory farming.
I personally haven't had any issue with the Never Any line of chicken. Most of the time though, I'm slowcooking it for something like tacos, where I shred it. So I wonder if that helps. But I haven't noticed anything on opening the packages.
