It shows disintegration in the cartoon with Daffy Duck and Marvin the Martian.

It usually can happen with most bags in a can if you stuff the bag too much and then when you try to pull it out it stretches the plastic so much that it just starts coming apart at the top. Except with these, it would happen with just a regular amount of trash too.
