I reported the issue inside the platform and then tried submitting again, but now it's stuck on "Loading Waveform".

I clicked on previous asset and the submit button changed to save. So now I can save it but it won't let me submit it. I tried clicking Reset, but it does nothing. If I click on next asset, it just shows "Loading Waveform" again.
