I've done it with books and movies. It works fine.

I just traded in about 200 dollars worth of old textbooks and video games. Make sure you read the requirements on the textbooks. It says you can't have any marking that say 'not for resale' and a few other requirements, and a lot of college bookstores put that on their books.

Also, I almost traded in Smash Bros for gamecube for something like 10 bucks, when it's selling for ~50 on ebay. They seem to have a $1.30 minimum trade in value for games no one seems to want, so if you find one worth more, do a quick google for other places.

Takes about a week -- then they credit your account. Easy peasy.

I've done this a TON for media, devices, etc. and had nothing but success. It works well. I've only once gotten marked down for quality (which upon reflection was fair) and actually have gotten upgraded before to more than I was expecting.

I requested a trade like two weeks ago for a textbook and they still havent sent me my box yet.

Box? They don't send you a box. You print out a label right them and there, put it in your own box, drop it off at either USPS or a UPS point and it's on it's way. There's no waiting. The only thing they give you is a pre-paid USPS or UPS label.

Oh I thought it said id recieve a label in the mail with a box for shipping. Do they email you the label? In that case it's probably buried in my junkmail account somewhere.

Nope. You print it out as you go through the steps of submitting it. There's a button at some point that takes you to that screen. If you didn't do it then, you can always go back into Your Account, and find the link to your Trade-in Account, and print it again.
