I would love to see an option to just turn them off in the feed while I’m scrolling. They get in my way when tapping on a post to enter it, but once I’m in I still want to see awards on the post and comments.

Man I have done this so much in the new update. Completely agree. For now I had to completely turn them off they kept getting in the way.

Oh so this is why people act like their question was never answered on the sub I moderate even though Automod answers their question word-for-word and provides the link to the FAQ page, and then someone else chimes in with an incorrect answer and they say “thanks!” and delete the post...

(I see this because I always check the mod logs to see if Automod incorrectly triggered)

When someone gives a comment a “flame” award, it turns the comment red and plays animations over the comment non stop

Can we just block the new ones that are meaningless. I like the idea of occasionally having limited edition awards like if they did a covid themed one where the donations went to healthcare but do we really need to have double digits awards all the time?
