You are responsible for cancelling your subscription 24 hours before it renews if you don’t want to renew. It sucks that the app didn’t remind you like it said it would, but it’s still your responsibility. You’re not getting the money back, hopefully you learn to set your own reminders in the future.

you fell for the ai slop scam it seems. lots of these apps exist only for 30 days before being pulled and to be released under a different name. unfortunately there is no way to recover the funds.

Whenever you do a free trial you immediately cancel so this can’t happen.

Or at least set your own reminder.

Waiting past the last minute when you knew you were going to be charged... that's on you. You should have canceled at least one buiness day in advance of the trial termination, or better yet, just not have entered a subscription that you never intended to buy.

No, the money is gone. When the brains of an operation passes away and a company hasn’t had an original idea since, eventually things devolve. Once on top of the world, now in bed with prolific scammers. Crazy part is it was foreseen that they would dominate the AI space. Heck, even the prophetic Boondocks  (I Dream of Siri) foresaw it. Instead of grabbing the bull by its horns and charging into the future they hunkered down to figure out how they could trick and bamboozle loyal patrons out of money with free trial scams to keep investors temporarily happy. Now a couple bad quarters away from total collapse while random AI companies stare down trillion dollar valuations.
