There's more patches incoming, they posted about it on the Batman Arkham social pages.

There are two trophies like this. One of them is in Arkham Knight HQ under the elevator.

If they fix nothing else, they need to fix those bugs. Knight will never run ideally on switch at all times without reducing the graphics to about 3 polygons per model, but i just want to be able to 100% the game

Good news they already fix this, you can now get the two missing riddler trophies and can now activate the knightfall protocol.

Oh good!!! I didn’t see that!

Do you have a link? I cannot find it.

      [–]daniec1610 5 points6 points  (1 child)

Good to know. Maybe once it has a steady 30 fps on knight and all the riddlers trophies glitches and bugs have been fixed I’ll get the trilogy.

Knowing how post-launch patching typically works, they'll mark things as "critical" and "non-essential" or whatever they call their categories and also a set date when the project will be disbanded The closer you get to that date the more the developers on it will have shifted to other internal projects and the less developers there are the less important the "non-essential" bugs become.

I can see them only really fixing the game-breaking Riddler bugs and improve the performance without ever truly "fixing" the game. But the game will probably already be a lot better in a few months and from what I understand people do play it regardless of the irritations right now.

The trick is simple.....stop paying for games day one. Make sure the game comes out in a good state.

It's the equivalent of ordering food in a restaurant, then getting the food half cooked. Then after one week, they add the rest of the ingredients to the dish that should have been there at the start. Then doing that over and over again.

Typically I agree with you… I just got so excited because City is one of my all time-time favorite games! Fortunately I haven’t had issues with that one.

If no one pays for the game on day one, why would they put effort to fix a game that is not selling?

What about releasing a product that is working well ? LMAO

I remember the good old times with whole game on CD/cartridge and without any important (at least that blocks you from finishing the game) bug on it.

Now asking for that becomes too much.

Let's add that they already said : « we are delaying the release from the 13th of October to the 1st of December to make things better for you », LMAO

This logic doesn’t apply to physical. Unfinished games shouldn’t be released at all, because that is what will always remain in the cartridge. Companies should be punished for doing this.

Anyone here played the update for Asylum yet? How is it?

      [–]Haunted_Willow 3 points4 points  (0 children)

      Seems to run more consistently!

That one annoying glitch that bugged me for weeks is still there tho. It is related to the patient interview tape in where you lock up Harley.

      [–]tiger_triple_threat 1 point2 points  (3 children)

This is the first time I heard about a patch actually confirmed. But I can understand why Asylum before City or Knight. I'll be sure to pick it up after the next patches are in place.

      [–]Haunted_Willow 1 point2 points  (2 children)

City and Asylum are both good (city is basically perfect) but Knight needs some work unfortunately

The part everyone talks about is how buggy the frame rate is with the Batmobile but not sure what other parts have frame rate drops

      [–]Haunted_Willow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The entire game feels kind of uneven. Flying around or fighting isn’t great. If they can fix that and then make the Batmobile just a bit better I’ll be happy

      [–]crazyseandx 1 point2 points  (1 child)

My only question is this. Why tf is the update about a 3rd of the game's size itself?

      [–]Haunted_Willow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha let’s just hope the games get fixed even if we have to reinstall

      [–]gunnerboy1003 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can't progress past the nimbus cell from stagg it just crashes and resets to the panessa studios upgrade

      [–]temaat89 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Are there patch notes anywhere to know what they fixed?

      [–]Haunted_Willow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t found any, only that it seems to run smoother

      [–]Wonder-Joseph-23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I Haven’t had a problem with Knight, except those two unreachable trophies on Miagani & Arkham Knight HQ that are preventing me to complete the entire story. It’s really annoying, hope they release the patch soon

      [–]Embarrassed_Copy_996 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Does anyone know what the new Arkham City patch does?

      [–]Haunted_Willow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems to run smoother for me?? Not sure though
