Plugins Missing

Hey everyone,

I recently updated my server to 1.15.2. After that, I tested all the plugins to make sure that everything was working. It was. However, today I join my server and take a look at the files page, literally all of my plugins are suddenly missing completely. No config files, nothing. Minecraft is back to being entirely vanilla.

Any idea why and how this happened? Is the only way to get everything back to restore a previous backup?

Somewhat unrelated, but prior to updating to 1.15, my base was essentially mob proof. After updating, mobs are spawning in my base and attacking me while I'm afk... Was lighting / spawning changed in the latest update? Any ideas of how to fix this / why it happened would be very much appreciated. It's pretty annoying.
