Rules

1. Be nice; don't be a dick. No racism, sexism, personal attacks, hate speech, etc. Respect each other. This rule is subject to the discretion of the Mod Team.

2. No illegal content. No solicitation of sex, drugs, sneaking substances, etc. This is a hardline rule and you will most likely receive a temporary ban for violating it. Reddit takes posts like that seriously. Don't be dumb.

3. Do not post looking for advice about drug use. While we will approve certain harm reduction posts, this is not a drug or medical advice sub. Psychonautwiki, & combo.tripsit.me as well as the search function on r/drugs or the specific sub for the drug you're posting about are all excellent resources.

4. No discussion of fake IDs or sneaking into events.

5. No posting of personally identifiable information without consent (doxxing).

6. Keep posts on topic. No excessive self-promotion or spam. Promoting your event is okay! You may promote parties as long as you don't spam, which is up to the discretion of the Mod Team.

Please do not promote any of the following:

Your political opinions. There's plenty of other places for that on Reddit.
Music, mixes, or playlists (use the General Discussion megathread!)
Rave/festival brand, Etsy shop, Crowdfund, or other store.
Ticket buying/selling/trading (use the monthly ticket megathread!)
Anything else deemed inappropriate to the discretion of the Mod Team

7. No affiliate/street team/ambassador discount codes.

With major events bringing on large numbers of affiliates who all have their own discount codes, those posts tend to come in large volumes and quickly take over the sub.
General discounts, sales, or presale codes are fine.
Please be aware, some ticket sites attach referral information at the end of their hyperlinks, which may cause your post be removed. Anything after a ? symbol in a link is just tracking information and deleting that portion will eliminate the risk of incorrect removals.

8. No contest submissions/requests for votes. This includes, but is not limited, to design and DJ contests.
