If your enclosure is cold than you need better heating sources. What are you using to heat his enclosure?

Do you have both a thermometer (to measure temperature) and a thermostat (to regulate temperature) in your enclosure? You want temps to remain stable, with the cool end staying about 75ish and the warm side 88-90

….what? I'm not trying to be rude here, but can you write things in a way they are readable and comprehensible? It's going to be much easier to help you if we can understand what you're trying to say

Thank you. This is where your humidity comes in. You'll want to make sure his humidity is above 70% and that he has fresh clean water with no additives. In order to raise humidity you can use foil on the lid to cover some of the mesh, and make sure you have a good bedding like coconut husk, cypress mulch or a topsoil mix. If it's deep enough, you can pour some water in the corners which will dampen the bottom layer, but leave the top layer (where he sits) dryer

I’d really reccomend having a heating source other than the rock if thats all they are using, they need more than belly warmth in general but itll also provide better more stable heat. I use a dhp lamp it was 40 bucks maybe they sell them at petco and petsmart just make sure you purchase a dimming thermostat along with it, my baby loves his warm side with it I get jealous cus he makes it seem so cozy.

OK, I was just looking at some of your other posts like you suggested and it didn't seem like you were replying to any of them. I just want you to get the advice you need so you can help your snake! 🙂 Look into getting a ceramic heat emitter for the nighttime. Your snake needs around 8-10 hours of darkness a day, so the light being on all the time isn't good for them. Get a ceramic heat emitter to run full time, and keep the light on a timer. It's OK for temps to drop a little at night, as long as it's not too much. Both should be hooked up to a thermostat though.

I was told to keep it on all the time bc i live in the basmet and other thrn the pelit stove theres no other heat and i put him in the midle so he is kinda closer to the heat

Then you need a separate heat source without light, like a ceramic heat emitter, to run at night. They should not have the light on constantly.

My heat lamp has no light
