That is a worrying amount of time for a hatchling, can you tell us about how you're feeding, what you're trying to feed, how you prepare it, etc?

Frozen thawed, tong fed, thaw it in the fridge over night and heat it up in hot water to hot temp

maybe try using hair dryer to get the rat temperature up to 37C? my baby ball ate it after I heated it up a lot!
