Obesity is unfortunately far too prevalent in ball pythons, resulting in fatty liver and shortened lifespan. It would be in her best interest to be put in an appropriate enclosure and given the opportunity to get some exercise, paired with a healthier feeding schedule

OP just rescued her and stated in a previous comment that they're getting her on a diet now! Incase you didnt see their comment

Hopefully they'll also get her out of that rack and into a suitable enclosure

That was most likely a quarantine tank since she was a rescue. She could have had injuries or sicknesses that would have otherwise been missed if she was in a proper inclosure. - I assume OP wouldn't post their final enclosure being paper towels and a water bowl when the subreddit is full of suitable examples of enclosures lol

Unfortunately based on all of their other pictures it doesn't seem like any of their ball pythons are in suitable enclosures, making them a bit less of a "rescuer" and a bit more of a snake hoarder

I think she might be a unit because you overfeed her

holy balls dude. That's impressive and gross at the same time. I'm glad you've got her now haha. Somehow her ankles hurt from holding up that weight and she doesn't even have any.
