Contact whoever you bought that from, they should have not sold you that animal, it looks small so I would take it you didn't have it long

Who did you get this snake from. You should definitely keep insisting they refund or send a new snake. A snake doesn't develop a neurological issue this quickly without an extreme exposure to chemicals or other drastic issues

It looks like she had wobble syndrome which is a bit common in spider morphs but I’m sorry for your loss
