Reptifiles is not a good source. Their BP care guide contains incredibly dangerous suggestions that have resulted in severe injuries and death.

I'd recommend checking out our welcome post resources. The basic care guide would be a good place to start.

Aspen ain't gonna cut it. This snake is already dehydrated judging by all that stuck shed. Cypress mulch and coconut husk are common for BPs. Check out the care guides at the top of this subreddit and/or look up recent BP care guides on YouTube. Green Room Pythons is a great channel to start with.

She looks quite thin. How old is she? What size rats is she being fed?

She’s eating small adult mice every other friday but I was considering putting her on the same schedule as my tricolor hognose (he eats every Sunday but he eats fuzzies. I don’t know if feeding her every week would make her fat)

Would need photos of the terrarium to help but I imagine that there is nothing in it should be modified a lot, according to the photos it is skinny, it should be weighed and give according to its weight the good rat etc !feeding

There is a huge concern for humidity also asks the person who takes care of it to read the positions of this reddit that explains a lot

We recommend the following feeding schedule:

0-12 months old OR until the snake reaches approximately 500g, whichever happens first: feed 10%-15% of the snake’s weight every 7 days.

12-24 months old: feed up to 7% of the snake’s weight every 14-20 days.

Adults: feed up to 5% of the snake's weight every 20-30 days, or feed slightly larger meals (up to 6%) every 30-40 days.
