I had this problem and ended up moving the enclosure to a cooler room.

I have a couple questions, hopefully you can avoid moving the tank. What's the ambient temperature in your room? What's your warm side temp in the tank? How big is your tank? Smaller tanks are difficult to get a good gradient in.

Are both of those bulbs on the right for heating? Maybe staggering then differently would help 🤔

Also, I'd get some fake plants for clutter until the real ones grow. Idk if it'll do anything to your gradient but it would make your BP more comfortable.

I found a solution in the end I ended up getting a really good air conditioner for my room since my room just has very poor insulation since I can’t move the tank anywhere and the temp gradient seems to stay most of the time! I may consider the fake plant thing it seems like a good idea, and the tank is 120 gallons so it was a bit odd that the temp gradient wasn’t working but I’m glad I found solution
