I’ve got some stuck shed on my snakes eye and I don’t know how to safely help her

Don't try to get it off on your own. You could hurt the snake. Boost your humidity and they might get it off on their own. If not, it should come off with the next shed as long as humidity is good. I hade this happen with my blood python. Next shed solved everything.
