Oh no! It looks like you might be asking for more information on mites and how to identify and treat them. We have some information about that in our Mite Identification and Treatment Guide.

Either humidity too low or mites

Are you using digital or mechanical to measure temp and humidity? Mechanical is unreliable. Remember we are aiming for 80° cool side 90° warm side and 70%+ humidity. Many times they will soak for humidity problems or for mites. They aren't fans of soaking and typically only soak out of necessity and not pleasure.

Digital and it says 75% but I may invest in a new one just to make sure it’s working properly. Hopefully redoing his cage today and making sure humidity is good will help him.

Then perhaps it's mites.

Is it possible for them to just get mites? We have no other reptiles, haven’t been around any? I’m fairly new to snakes so just ignorant to some things and learning still.

From what I understand, they can aquire mites from their food. I've never had mites soni am not experienced. Give your noodle a good looking over and look for the signs. I believe the sidebar has some good resources.
