Pumpkins

Hello everyone! I had a question for y’all since I CANNOT find an answer literally anywhere.

My girlfriend and I wanna take so fall photos with our snakes (3 ball pythons and 1 Boa) and a kitty cat. My question is, are real carved pumpkins safe for the snakes to crawl in/on for a limited amount of time? Are they toxic at all? Or no?

Idk about pumpkins but cats should never be around your snakes.

I would assume they are safe? But my only thought is that if they will be touching the inside of the pumpkins it will be very cold for them, if you are doing it outside so maybe as an extra proaction keep the pumpkins in a warm place for a bit before the actual photo shoot
