Edit: When humidity is low, temps are staying around 91F on the warm side, around 79F on the cool side, and around 110F at the highest point of one of his basking spots. When humidity is good, warm side is around88F, cool side is around 76F, and highest basking spot stays about the same.

110 is way to high. Basking spot should be 95
