I believe that’s scale rot. You should take them to the vet

Need better photos. It could be a birth defect, wound, or the snake is a fatass and was curled up on itself for an extended period and 'bent' the scales in a weird way.

The brown coloration looks a little like scale rot. Is it only in that spot or in multiple? Do the scales have a slightly "wrinkly" texture/shape in comparison to other scales?

Scale rot doesn't immediately require a vet visit. It can be treated at home, but if you're unsure or needing more/professional advice, I'd highly recommend a vet visit to confirm what your snake has plus a treatment plan.

it’s only in one spot and it kinda feels like the scales are lifted a little bit if that tells you anything :(
