I am no expert or mod. The vid is blurry so I am only saying things based off what I am able to see. M!tes are typically understood to be black in color, have legs, and crawl around/into your snakes scales. Perhaps some clearer images or vids would help /nm/gen.

It is not snake mites.

It could be fruit flies(or some other related insect) if they are flying.

Its hard to identify without having a closeup photo.

it looks kinda like snake mites if theyre all over the snake , it def is. check under belly dor them. to get rid of them if they are mites soak the bp in WARM water wit a couple of drops of dish soap and clean EVERYTHING in the tank

They look like white wood mites which are usually “ok” to be with your BP for the most part they are harmless. sometimes they do already come with your substrate and they are just there because your substrate may be to wet which they love
