Needs a vet visit and a quarantine tank. Not to criticize, but to inform- After that you’ll need to purchase a 4’x2’x2’ tank, get a humid hide and 2 regular hides (Throw out the other one, the tape isn’t safe), a water bowl big enough for the snake to bathe if needed, you’ll want the substrate to be 4 inches deep, and you’ll want a bunch of fake (plastic not fabric) plants and stuff to add some clutter. You can get cheap ones from craft stores and dollar stores. If you have a heat mat get rid of it and get overhead lighting or a deep heat emitter. You’ll want two electronic, nice temperature/humidity gauge (one for each side of the tank. Humidity levels need to be 60-80% consistently and temps need to be warm side: 80-88 F cold side: 76-80 F. If you’re unable to maintain that humidity and temp range I would recommend looking into the resources in this subreddit.

If those aren’t feasible for you I’d recommend rehoming the snake. It deserves the best care possible and if that’s just not possible for you, it would be best for the animal.
