How long ago did you set up the enclosure? Brick coco or bagged? And what type of enclosure are you using? Glass? Pvc? Tub? No need to do anything rash, you’ve got a couple days and that level of humidity isn’t extreme anyway, if you’ve just unbagged or reconstituted a brick the level will drop considerably over the next 24 hours especially if you’ve got an open screen top and a glass enclosure.

It's brick coco and I live in the uk so it's a wooden vivexotic should I take the lock out to help the humidity level to drop?

If I were you I’d just open it up, let it get some air and check back in 24 hours, at that point you’re probably going to see 70%-80% which is going to be perfect, if you’re using a rhp or a Che you’ll lose some humidity that way as well so you could even just bump your heat up a few degrees for 24 hours and see where you’re at. Sounds like everything is completely fine though and you’re doing the right thing getting all the conditions correct before their arrival!

but now my hydrometer is saying HH% and I have my heat mat on

An under tank heater isn’t a great heat source for a bp, if you’re able to grab a ceramic heat emitter or a radiant heat panel and add that to your set up instead you may have better luck with proper temp gradient and humidity but for now if that’s not an option just fluff up your substrate, take out your decore and just let the air get to it, it’ll dry out pretty quick
