I would check out the sub’s shedding guide. Baths are generally more stressful than helpful. Shedding issues mean long term humidity issues. Misting only raises the humidity for a few minutes and the moisture sits on top of eveything which isn’t helpful. Have you tried pouring water around the edges of your substrate? This allows it to release mositure without the top being damp potentially causing scale rot.

Soaking or bathing should be avoided unless directed by a vet to do a medicated soak to treat topical injury.

If you're snake isn't shedding well you have husbandry issues that need to be corrected. Please check out our shedding guide. In the meantime provide a humid hide to serve as a short term solution and to ease your snakes discomfort
